Add New Survey

There are a number of new features in the Surveys, which include Multi-Page Surveys and new Question Types. As part of the new features available, there are two new fields below: "Use Sections" and "Is this a Multi-Page Survey". The pages in a multi-page survey can be defined by one Section per page or with the new question types "Page Begin" and "Page End". A Next button will appear at the bottom of the page to allow the user to navigate through a multi-page Survey until the last page, which will be the Submit button.

Used for stand-alone surveys at /survey/{slug}. Leave blank if tied to an event only. Lowercase letters, numbers, hyphens only.

This appears in the HTML page as the meta-tag description.

Stand-alone Surveys
This is for a stand-alone survey, viewable outside of an event. Use the text editors below to add a banner, graphics and/or text that will appear at the top of all pages. Choose to have this above the inner page frame (full width) or within the page frame. Select Not Applicable if you do not want a top banner.
